Help with custom orders request.

2 days ago i filed a request for a videogame on ebay. once i filed it my points were immedietly deducted. does that mean it went through and the item was bought. because i looked the next day and someone had bought the item, was it rewards1. on my custom order form it still says request.

Give it time. If they didn't buy it, or get it in time, they will give you back your points.

u dont get get what im asking. how do i know if they bought the game. i dont care how long the shipping takes. im not sure if the order went through or not.

You don't know until it's in your prize claim center.

so what does it have to ay in my prize claim center. right now it says requested. im wondering because the day after i requested teh game someone had bought it and im not sure if it was rewards1.

Like I said before. You have to wait. There's no way of knowing if they bought it unless they contacted you or the item arrives at your house. If they didn't get the item then they are going to refund your points.

keep an eye on your emails (assuming you used your real email account when you signed up). Rewards1 is very, very good about keeping in contact with you if something comes up with your purchase/claim, support ticket, ect.
