Why was my account deleted?

I made 10 points, I spent it on a prize, I got the prize, I joined this forum, and now my rewards1.com account login doesn't work. I tried to request my password and it said my email address didn't exist.

That's weird. Have you ever logged in on a different computer or done an offer on a different computer than the one you signed up with?
