Rewards1 Wants YOU to create a logo for us. Something that is defining and clear. But this time we have a few specifications that it needs to follow. The logo must fit in an area of 288 x 80 pixels. While those are the max the logo can stretch out to. We also want to impose the idea that it would even been smaller than that. This is because we want the logo to fit and not stand out too much. It should feel in place, not out of place. Submissions must be placed in this thread: http://forums.rewards1.com/showthread.php?t=32698. Similarly you may SHOWCASE your logo in the same thread but please do make sure you have a submission along with it. Feel free to use transparencies or animations, anything you can think of. Remember the flashiest design is not what we are after but a subtle and fitting one. Multiple entries are allowed so go crazy, we encourage it!

This is the ONLY TEMPLATE that you SHOULD use in creating the logo. The logo must fit in the empty spot in the largest block (which is sized at 288x80 pixels). To be completely accurate, the logo must simply fit on the block that we have provided you. Please use this image as a guide to fitting your logo with our website.

NOTE:
1) Feel free to change the panel color or add a background to it. Creativeness is nice, just make sure it ties in with the site!
2) Feel free to use the SPACE inside the panel as much as you like. As long as it fits with the website image then we are happy!
3) Feel free to add much more than just text OR conversely use only text and be succinct with it!

Here is an example of how your submission and showcase should look like. The first image is SHOWCASING the logo in its environment. The second image is the ACTUAL submission. REMEMBER WHAT YOU SHOWCASE IS NOT WHAT YOU SUBMIT (we do not need the black background with it always, and it will be cleaner without it.):

Again, the black background is not needed but if you really wish to keep it by all means. Placement of the logo can be adjusted to match your specifications later.

7) Entries may not exhibit any racist, sexist, rude, illegal, or adult content. Users will be disqualified and may receive infractions or bans as a result.

I just noticed something. The background for the logo (the gray on top of the black color) is the same as the default Windows Vista Task Bar. I'm such a genious! :lol

Its actually quite a common method of making interfaces. Adding two shades of similar colors and a little blur in between. Placing icons/text in the center makes for a 3d-esque effect. This takes from popular trends of today's iphones and other interactive devices

I Think 60, 20, 20 is the best prize structure. I dont think i stand a chance at any of the top 3 spots lol. But 1st place, if that logo is being used needs a commanding stake of the winnings....and surely 2nd should stand out no more than 3rd anyway if neither are gonna be used

Rewards1 Logo Contest!

Rewards1 Wants YOU to create a logo for us. Something that is defining and clear. But this time we have a few specifications that it needs to follow. The logo must fit in an area of 288 x 80 pixels. While those are the max the logo can stretch out to. We also want to impose the idea that it would even been smaller than that. This is because we want the logo to fit and not stand out too much. It should feel in place, not out of place. Submissions must be placed in this thread: http://forums.rewards1.com/showthread.php?t=32698. Similarly you may SHOWCASE your logo in the same thread but please do make sure you have a submission along with it. Feel free to use transparencies or animations, anything you can think of. Remember the flashiest design is not what we are after but a subtle and fitting one. Multiple entries are allowed so go crazy, we encourage it!

This is the ONLY TEMPLATE that you SHOULD use in creating the logo. The logo must fit in the empty spot in the largest block (which is sized at 288x80 pixels). To be completely accurate, the logo must simply fit on the block that we have provided you. Please use this image as a guide to fitting your logo with our website.

EDIT: I forgot that the background in paint is automatically white and not transparent. So these are really just my entries that I posted in the official thread without a background. Again, I submitted these fir fun, I already know that the contest ended.
