When i click on available offers, i get about 5 free ones and a total of like 7 (including the ones with credit cards) then i look on youtube and i see people having like hundreds because their in america, is there any way to get more surveys?

Dont worry, its identical in the UK, we get very few offers, leaving us chasing referrals, which still can't gain us that much, as nobody in the UK can gain that many points. We've been complaining about this for a while now, and still await some kind of official answer

Easier said than done, being on an entirely different continent to the USA, contact is limited really to forums, and you can't exactly choose to refer americans.
