You won't get those cards unless you complete the gold, silver and platinum offers which you aren't requried to do.

for those i just click on them wait till it gets me to the site and close it
then do it to the other offers and click the next button for the othher offers

Clicking on them is a waste of time. It won't up your approval rate. It's just a waste of time.
