If we want to get a points card or like an iTunes gift card or something, do you guys actually send us the card, or do you just send us an email with the code on it? The email thing would be cool if that's the way it is....

Does this include Canadians as well?
If so, I may look into a Future Shop or Best Buy gift card! :o

Code based cards are sent through email. Those are things like Xbox Live points, memberships, etc... Gift Cards to stores aren't the same. Gift cards are techincally credit cards. They will send the actual card to you. The only giftcards you can get online are the ebay certificates and the Amazon online gift card.

Oh...
Well the other guy got a $100 Circuit City gift card and said there were three ways of using it. I assumed he got the code emailed to him...

There are 3 ways of using it, but he most likely got the card. Most people don't use gift cards online. Of course, there's no way of knowing unless he tells us.

Edit -

Here's a better answer:

Hello Tomik,
You have been given an electronic gift card in the amount of $100.00 to be used at Circuit City. We have three easy ways for you to shop and enjoy your gift: in-store, online or by calling 1-800-843-2489. Card amount: $100.00
Card number: ****************
PIN: ********

He was send an electronic gift card(NO actual card), but he can still use it in store.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Can you request one? Is this available for CDN users? I'd look into one for FutureShop/Best Buy if available..

Why would it NOT be available for Canadians? How does your question make any sense? If they are willing to ship physical items to Canadians...why would they not email it?

I'm pretty sure you would have to buy it from the Canadian version of the store and not from the USA version.

Getting back to this i read the email they sent about my gift card. I received it yesterday 1/8, and they said they were emailing my gift card. I dont really want it emailed, because i dont want to wait forever to get something from circuit city. Will they also send it in the mail?

And if not, does anyone know if there is a way to use a code from online in a store?

Alright, I have another question. I got the mail saying there were sending the gift card soon and that was on 1/8. And today its 1/10, and I still have yet to receive it.

Is "soon" supposed to be in a few days?
