I just ordered a gift card on 1/2. Its now 1/7, and its still in the request stage. But my points have been deducted, whats up?

When were the points deducted? If it was just today, give it like 3-4 more days and it should be fixed.

If you customed order something and the points have been deducted, that means the prize has been processed. I actually recently got mine approved.

Processed means it's been ordered. Most likely, the processed date and shipped date are the same.

Quick question, After you order a custom prize ho do you use your shipping number to track it.

You don't track it. The number they give you is for future reference just in case something goes wrong with the order.
