Hey, I am from the UK and I have the sufficient amount of points to purchase 2100 Xbox Live Microsoft Points from Amazon(UK) could someone please tell me what I fill in - it asks for the total cost, when I put £16.98 it comes up with COST ENTERED IS NOT A VALID NUMBER so how do I fill it in? in points or pounds ?!?! any help will be much appreciated.

You have to take out all the symbols excluding the decimal,I believe.

You fill in the cost in points.
Take out all symbols except the decimal.
Example, if your item was $20.50, your total cost thing should be entered as 20.50

I think 1point=.£5 so divide.

Ha now i have enough points to buy something it does this to me..i was gonna buy a whole bunch of 24 hr codes for XBL on ebay.co.uk for £4.98 i have 10.2 points and i still cant?

I just joined today (FROM UK TOO!) and after reading your thread was browsing the TSO page and found this.

All prize costs are in US Dollars, and all points earned are effectively in US Dollars. For non-US prize claims, prizes will be ordered from respective localized Amazon or eBay, and prize claim costs will be converted to US Dollars for payment purposes.

SO MAYBE YOU NEED TO ENTER VALUE IN USD? LET US KNOW IF IT WORKS.

You put it in in pounds, but i believe you need a to have a little over double the cost in pounds in points :smile

That's a bad deal,my friend. All custom prize requests MUST be over 10 Points.

1 point = £0.50 so if your code costs £16.98 you need 33.96 points im not sure wats wrong...:crap
