Hello all, i gotta question regarding the site's custom order support system
Basically what happened is i saw a game for 4 bucks on amazon and i had 9.40 points at the time i ordered it. I got an email asking to resubmit yesterday and i did (by the time i resbumitted i had about 11 points up from 9.40 when i first ordered it, now i have 14.70). So yeah i resubmitted the custom prize request yesterday and went on the Prize Claim center to see if it's there and it's blank? I checked today too and still see the same blank page with no points deducted. So im guessing your order status only shows up in the prize claim center if you order the item off of the rewards1 catalogue? Or it shows up in the center no matter where you order it from? Just that this is my first prize request and im totally in the dark about this since yesterday nothings showing up in the prize claim center i haven't received an email (i was told they send an email notification of the prize usually the next day and yeah today is that next day and nothing) so obviously one would begin to doubt the legitimacy of the site. I want to beleive otherwise but so far for me it hasnt worked as it should in the case of prize claims.
