After i logged off my history log with my points disappeared anyone no why?

Oh, wow this has never happend to me. You should send a support ticket and hopefully they restore some of the stuff you lost.

I'm wondering if you can give me some advice.When I set up my rewards1 account (today) I iccedentally left the country as United States but i live in United Kingdom:frown and now everytime I click on an offer it says "this offer is not availble in your region".I tryed edit details but it wont let me change my country.I have completed 2 offers:banana because that message did not appear.I have contacted support but have not had a reply,and just seeing if any of you guys have a soulution.:help

If you only did 2 offers your not going to lose much over making a new account :thumbs:

I cant make a new account.If you read the terms and conditions it said 1 account per household.Still no reply from support but,its only been about 15 hours.i wanna earn some cash!!!!:twocents

Go to a different comp and start it.
but I'm sure that support will help you out give them a couple of days

no because by only 1 account per household it talking about your adress whcih you give :help:frown
