Okay the other day i had 18.50 points and now i only have 0.50 points.... did someone hack my account or something cause none of my info is changed but when i go to see what was bought it doesnt say... So how do i get my points back?
click on prize claim center to see if any prizes had been ordered.
you most likely did get hacked.

You didn't get hacked, unless you gave out your account info to someone.

No I didn't give my info out, and I did check the prize claim center and nothing is there. this is making me mad i was saving up for a xbox 360 elite.

Send in s support ticket and ask for your points back or asked why they were taken
