Referral Help!?!

I need help getting referrals. Getref doesnt help if they actually wont do surveys on the website. Anything Helps! Thanks

if you look around the forums... you'll find that a lot of the members with high referrals reveal their tips on getting referrals... one of which is creating a website or blog and writing a tutorial for guest to see when they come to you blog, telling them how rewards1 works and the types of prizes you get..... then you can link your blog or website in your signature....
