View Full Version : uh?
HI,
I have done a lot of offers and only get 0.2 points for only 1 offer, it's strange because i've done 20 (maybe 30) offers. I did them all the last hour maybe is that the problem?

Why did I not get credit for completing an offer?
Once you complete an offer by fulfilling its requirements, the sponsor automatically notifies us (postback) and we credit your account immediately. Most postbacks are typically received no more than 10 - 15 mins after offer completion, unless otherwise noted, so this is how long it should take for you to receive points after successfully completing an offer.
There may be a number of reasons why you did not receive credit:
Incorrect personal information
Offer requirements not met
You did not meet offer eligibilty requirements (age, gender, region, etc.)
Your browser does not accept cookies
Your firewall, antivirus, or antispyware software is blocking cookies
You closed the offer window too early
You've completed the same offer on another site
Your form of payment didn't have enough funds to cover all costs (shipping & handling)
You used a prepaid credit card
You are not from the region you indicated when you signed up.
Some tips to help make sure the points show up:
Always use legitimate info
Merchants use cookies to track offers. After #1, this is the biggest reason why points aren't awarded. Make sure you:
Use a cookie enabled browser like Internet Explorer
Clear your cookies before each offer. How to clear cookies.
Temporarily disable programs that may interfere with cookies eg. Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware
Temporarily set Privacy to medium or lower
Read offer requirements carefully
Do NOT use prepaid credit card
Allow each window to open completely. Offers use tracking pixels and they may not load if you close the window too quickly.
Maybe one of those are the problem.....

Try switching up your email address. If you use the same email address for offers, they won't always credit.
Check out this thread for more info:

And this belongs in the Rewards1 Community forum area.
I checked it all but I live in england very near Ireland, maybe that's a problem?
Do you clear your cookies after doing the offer.
Because if you have offers in your offer list that means its available in your area.

on r1 i have Lifetime Earnings 27.95
not much i know but on pr i have Total Completed Offers: 202
i use firefox IE doesnt seem to work as well with offers also i use many many emails and use the members of my household for the identity fields. Pay attention to the company or brand of the offer you do most only credit 1 per day with only 1 email address so switch emails often. last tip i can offer is even if the description says enter email and personal info till page 2 complete the whole survey. and on the higher paying offers clickin a few offers on the silver gold and platinum pages seems to work best dont have to fill anything out but clicking them is all that needed hope it helps

for u to complete that many offers that quickly you are not waiting long enough on the last page of the offer and doing everythig necessary to get credited..dont blame rewards1
