As some may know, I sent a support ticket in about the issues with none of the points being awarded with some/most/all offers (depending on person, setup, location, ect).
well, I finally got a response to this issue....
Hi Dan
There are some offers which are notoriously poor for point conversions. Admittedly we haven't done a offer cleanup in awhile because of the holidays, contests and whatnot. We will be bringing in new offers soon and cleaning out and re-ordering the ones that convert poorly.
Having said that, the points system IS working fine - there are just some offers which are difficult to convert.

At first I thought I was doing something wrong in not getting any points awarded after doing offers, but as it turns out, even the veterans of this site are starting to have issues. For reference, here are links to the forum topics that contain posts of people with issues with the point system:

I hope this clears some things up, and also, I would like to ask everybody here to be polite, kind and understanding about what they stated. Think about it, how many places that you know of give you a straight out honest answer?
Personaly, I STILL think that this place rocks! Keep it up R1! I will be staying here for a looooooooong time!
