Gif creations in Imageready?

I'm having serious trouble with this. I don't know how to get more than one frame! I already have 6 images that I want to be in a gif, I just don't know how to get them onto the animation table. Dragging and dropping doesn't work (I wish it did), and I just can't figure out how to get it! Please Help! +rep to most helpful answer :grin:

Well, for me, I copy and paste all pics. Then I just move all the 2, 3, 4, etc.. out the picture, create a new animation frame, then move pic #2 infront, and so on.. But did you open the Animation tool thingy, it should be under the Window button at the top. Sorry, I SUCK at explaining things.
