can anyone tell me or send me the url to put on my custom order on how to get a gift card???

Just go to Amazon's homepage (for your country), and click the 'Gifts' link in the blue header, then a new white menu will appear under the blue header.. click 'Gift Certificates', then grab the URL for the page you're on.

no prob', I just submitted a request for an Amazon Gift Certificate myself too, thought it was the best use of my points since I'm in the UK.
