Can anybody teach me basic photoshop

i really want to know how to use photoshop, i want to know how to add backgrounds to things, how to cut things out of pictures, and add them to others seamlessly, i want to know hw to make some things in colour, and some things black and white, i want to know how to do all these things and more.

If anybody can teach/tutor me it will be greatly appreciated, and if somebody teaches me everything i need, and always updates me on stuff, i will pay
