CDN Offer Issues

I thought it would be better if I made a specific thread for the issues I'm having with specific offers, as I am Canadian and it's important that these issues get cleared up since I don't have as many offers as everyone else.

Mark & Spencer Gift Card - 0.8 PTS
Only available for UK Members which is why my Postal Code won't work, and I can't get past the first page.

Opinion Surveys - 0.4 PTS
I think this may be only for US Members since I saw it over on Rebel and they restricted it to US Members only. I believe I tried this offer yesterday but I haven't recieved anything in my inbox, and I wouldn't know if I got credits for it since I still can't edit my Cookie Settings.

Scratch that. PR is dumb. They have it listed as US Only, yet, they have the exact same site and it says CDN members only. <_<

yea in united kingdom we have to clash offers meant for us:

i completed all the offers i could do... i've done a lot of them but never got credited... some i did 3 or 4 times...:crap
