Step One

Create a new canvas, 800 x 700 PX fro example

Step Two

Choose a bg colour, black for exapmple

Step Three

Paste/open an image into it on a new layer

Step Four

Right click on your layer with the image on it, Dulicate Layer.
Then drag 'Layer1 copy' in this example like this. Make sure the second PIcture is still aligned

Step Five

Click on your 'layer 1 copy' Go to edit>Transform>Flip Vertical

It should now be like this

Step Six

Enter Quick Mask Mode.

Step Seven

Click Gradient(Click Bucket and hold>move to gradient). Create a Black to white(foreground to background, in Dissolve Mode

Step Eight


Click an drag the down, starting just at the bottom of the top image and ending about 2/3rds of the way down on the bottom image

Step Nine

Exit quick Mask mode. And then change the opacity of the bottom layer to about 55% but depends on the Picture or item.
Press Delete As Many times as required....
1 Delete

Step Ten

Press Ctrl+D To Deselect,

And there you have it! One perfect Reflection!

Depends What kind? Do you mean a long one a 'web banner'?

O i thought you said Signature lol
I make them 120 x 120 or 100 x 100 and when they are uploaded you get a better quality pic cos it rescales
