Honestly when i listen to generic rap, i just listen to the beats and rhythms, words come secondary. When people like Nas, Pac rap i actually listen to the words because lots of what they say make sense, they bring present day problems into account as well as create stories with their lyrics and don't just go from rhyme to rhyme. That's why he had a album titled "Hip Hop is Dead"
