Serious user in need of referrals

I am really getting upset about this. I've posted everywhere about the site, and have not gotten ANY referrals. Done things people have recommended. The only time people offer to help is for money/microsoft points. I am looking for a good, FREE way of getting referrals. No strings attached. PLEASE help.

note: I have already tried trafficg.com, does nothing for me.

well u can always make a you tube video. i have about 4 videos eah with atleaast 800 views. and about 10 people signed up :banana

Put some R1 banners in your sig on on other forums and tell people what to do.
ask your friends to sign up and give them your link to sign up from.make a free website.youtube vids.

Make sure your link is correct. I know it may sound stupid but I had a false link on my video for 3 days and it lost me about 100 referrals :(
