Where & How to Download Fonts (Pics)

[Calecarz]

1. Go to www.dafont.com and find your font. I'll use http://www.dafont.com/boingo.font
2. Hit the download button.

3. Open with Windows Explorer or Whatever (winrar, winzip etc.)

And hit OK.
4. Press "Extract all files"

5. Select a destination and extract the files.

6. Open the folder in which you extracted the file and copy the TTF file.

7. Go to Control Panel/ Appearance and Personalization/ Fonts
And paste the file.

8. Close the Fonts folder for the change to take place.

I was going to make thrend but I did a search on the forums and decided I would just add to calecars "how to" guide.

I recently came across this website and I found it good for finding free fonts.

Note: Fonts slow down you computer. I don't recommend installing abundance of these.

You can extract them directly to your fonts folder instead of having to copy and paste it/drag it to the folder.
It doesn't really make a difference either way though.. Just a couple clicks.

All I do is open my fonts folder and extract to the folder, same as Dom.
