Log onto your Paypal account. Go to the My Account tab, hit the withdrawal tab.
Choose the option "Shop Online with a Paypal virtual card".
You'll get a temporary credit card number and you can shop anywhere that takes credit cards with it. Only up to $300/day I think though.
As long as a site endorses purchases made with credit cards, this will pretty much work! :thumbs

Doesn't work with unverified canadian. Pretty sure It won't work with Unverified US either =[.

it doesnt say shop online with a virtual card, it only says
Shop special offers with PayPal
Shop anywhere online with the PayPal Plug-In
Get cash out of an ATM
Shop with a PayPal debit card
Request a check from PayPal
Withdraw funds to your bank account

No I don't think so. They replaced it with a debit card instead and you have to upgrade your account to premier and stuff.

What PP offers now is not the same as before. They require more stuff like you mentioned and it's a DEBIT card.
Personally I just make VBA/VCCs (: Makes it easier.
