How often to the offers get updated (UK)

I think I've done basically every offer for the UK, I don't seem to get any points and I don't think the ones that start with like "Clash" then have I different thing I can get points from after doing one.
Anwy after 2 days no new offers have been put up, how often are new ones put up, or as a Im from the UK is it really uncommon?

Same problem here, get referals there a good way to get points, but if your not getting credited it could be due to your ant- spyware software.
