1)What content should i put in it...
2)should i pay to advertise on google?
3)Is anybody willing to help me design a website as i have no experiance in html :S

Not that hard to learn. The better layouts you need photoshop for. You can't really make a websites layout without it because it will get distorted in the different browsers...

1) If your a gamer you should make a forum style website (Really easy to get, from Legal to Illegal :D) and name it something like consoleland or consolecity or whatever, My site is named BareWarez, its all games from PS2 to Xbox360 and some other stuff that doesn't include any other consoles.

If your a business type person and you want to earn money, and you have a product and your willing to sell them, then I can help you with ONLY and ONLY the website and not the product or PayPal order thing, I can answer questions from you if you need any help with the product or PayPal or eBay or Amazon etc.

If you just want it to be like a video uploading, or image hosting or file hosting sites, I recommend not if your against illegal, because most of the scripts like that are worth about $300-900. There is illegal, their called Nulled scripts and it's nulled that if the owner or the company catches you, your server (website) will get suspended.

2) It doesn't matter, if you want money from Pay-Per-Click advertisements you can put them, My suggestion is that don't put that much advertisements that it's going to decrease your members because of it.


3) I know some HTML and PHP. I know the basics and some other stuff.
I'm a fast learner and willing to help you with your new website.
I have a website aswell, and we have forums and I tried once a homepage style thing to re-derict to some of my other sites. If you need any help or questions just ask me and I'll be glad to help you. There's also tutorials on Google.

It's appreciated if I get some credits for it, well basically just don't use me and take all the credits, I don't like that and I'm pretty loyal, so if you pick me or anything, I will never quit what I started. If you want to TAKE ALL the credits I don't care as long as I get something from you like money or an item or anything. That way we can be fair.

One more thing, I know photoshop, and I use Photoshop CS3 Extended. I also know lots of people in a forum who can use Photoshop better than me. I can just kindly ask them to make a logo for your website or anything. I prefer if you buy a website, you should contact the owner of the server first.

Below is not important info, but I suggest you read it if your looking for a good website hosting.

Sorry, I misread your message.

Google advertising is free, if you want the yellow boxes at the top (Which I always ignore) you have to pay for them. I can advertise for you if you want. There's alot of sites I know to advertise. I can also make your referral page look like this, this is my website and I just made it a while ago. It's just a sample and might not stay there forever, I might delete the file. (As I said I have my own website too).

The refferal banner actually works, and I use that for my advertisements.
I can make it more proffesional, because I just did that in like 2 seconds, I can add some pictures and other stuff.
