October Update

its been awhile since i've last posted, but i'm happy to say this time around i have good news. prize claims are finally starting to come together, and the forums are in MUCH better shape, thanks to the new R1 crew. thanks also goes to hightower, mrhappyasthma and eternal light for their help. :thumbs

(haven't seen eternal for awhile.. must be all those prizes we sent him. i'm kidding, EL's gold)

we've got some nifty things in store for you guys. some of you have noticed a slight increase in the number of new offers - this will only continue to improve. we'll also be improving user functionality too along the way. ally is now taking your suggestions for prize requests, approved vendors beyond ebay+amazon, etc in this thread (http://forums.rewards1.com/showthread.php?t=21518). we'll also be running more contests, draws and other fun shtuff. (no pyros, i will not play 'frag the admin'). and very soon, tunde will be announcing a new payout format for the referral systems which may interest some of you.

as with most companies that hold contests/draws, anyone who can affect the outcome unfortunately cannot participate due to conflict of interest.

It means that when you refer people, something better will happen...
I'm guessing it will be like in ************ (I hated that website so much) where if you refer someone and that person refers another person, you would get 20% of the 20% the person you referred got (I hope you understand me...)
Like if Bob refers Sally and Sally refers Jon, and Jon gets 100 points, Sally would get 20 percent of 100, which is 20 points, and Bob would get 20% of 20% of 100, which is 20% of what Sally got, which is 1 point. I hope that's what it is :)
