Suggestion: Giveaways?

I propose that maybe the site should offer up Giveaways once in a while?

By giveaways, I'm mainly referring to Wii Points Cards but this can also incorporate MS Points and other respective code cards that don't need to be shipped.

Thoughts?

Although this seems like a great idea, Rewards1 is already giving out contests and such, such as the referrals contest and the bonus points.

Choose contests or giveaways. Both is just asking too much from a new site.

But then some are at a disadvantage when it comes to referrals.
Giveaways makes it more "open" I guess you could say.

I'm pro contests, so long as they're not always for referrals. Maybe trivia? I don't know, but just something to mix it up a bit.

I'm just spilling my ideas here.

i think its a good idea but have it like once a week and i think for every 25 referrals u do u should get 5 free points or sumthin just a thought...

Thanks for your input but 25 Ref's is a bit too generous since some people have like 10, but that's just my take on the matter.

And yes, a giveaway would be nice, if not, a contest not requiring Ref's.

A petition would be bad, Rewards1 is doing this site for us, they don't have to do any of the contests or anything like that, you guys should stop complaining and be glad this site is as good as it is. I have tried other rewards sites and this is the best so be glad you are here and not on another site

Who said I'm complaining? It was just a suggestion.
And as everyone knows because I've stated many times over, this site is fantastic and it's FAR superior to other "rewards/freebie sites". I wasn't complaining at all and reading between the lines wasn't necessary, it was just a simple suggestion because, as I said, this is a great site.

I am not saying you in particular were complaining, but making a petition? come on now, that is pretty much saying, "hey rewards1 you better do some giveaways or else!" I like the contests and I agree it would nice if they had more, but I don't know if they could afford to have contests like that all the time

Yeah, the petition idea is a little... well, it's not a particularly sound idea for reasons mentioned already.

But not neccessarily "all the time", just once in a while like the Ref Contest. I'm not saying like once every month, maybe once every two months or less. Just a few here and there on occasion. ;)
