Ok i have never ordered anything online before so i was just wondering exactly what i need to do i live in Canada and picked a prize ( Bomberman DS ) from amazon.ca and sent support the link saying thats what i want is that all i need to do?

basicly, yes. They will email you back what is needed in points to obtiain the item. When you get that amount in points built up, send in a support ticket with the same link to the item, along with the amount of points you currently have.
