Why is it taking so long?

I thought the confirmation time for a prize was 0-3 days... why is it taking so long for me, i sent in a ticket and no answer...

I've been waiting a while for my prize too. One of them is at 5 days now.

i've heard they don't fill requests on weekends..
so wait until monday/tuesday and check back.
also, i think with all the new users they're a little backed up..

ok, thank you for the answers... i am relatively new to this site, and wanted to make sure i wasnt getting ripped :) But im sure they have a legimate reason, i should just keep checking my email right?

Ammo if your 1 month xbox live card is your first prize, that might be the problem. To prevent fraud, (i think), the minimum amount of points you can spend for your first prize is 10 points. Therefore, that might be way all your requests were canceled. You said you were new to the site so hopefully this helps ya out.
