Does anyone know if items are shipped to you on the weekends if they have already been ordered.

Depends, are you talking a custom amazon/ebay order or a product listed directly on their page? Even then, I'd say yes they do, it just depends if they can get it to you on Saturday. US mail doesn't go on Sundays.
