Will I be able to join even if I live in the Philippines (South-east Asia)? And will I be able to receive prizes or do I have to enter the address of a relative who lives in the U.S. or Canada? I've also heard of rewards like wii points being sent to your e-mail, will I be eligible to receive those rewards since they're just being sent through e-mail?

Yes they will be sent by email but you wouldn't be able to do offers, only referrals because offer are only for AUS US UK and CAN
