View Full Version : Trick For Cell Phone Offers!
NOCReaper

Ok Everyone! I found out the "Trick" For cell phone offers. This requires you to buy a "Pay as you Go Phone" That has NO service like verizon or virgin moble (carriers of most "pay as you go phones")
Once you have your phone in hand, go to available offers and click cell phone offers. Than enter your phone pin and once recieving text confirm it. Get your points.
Here is why!
Pay as you go phones have no carrier. Since those companies charge to your company like Verizon Wireless phone you get loaded with payments. But since you dont have a service carrier YOU DONT GET ANY CHARGES TO YOU
Whats the trick?
Truth is, THERE IS NO TRICK
Really, Whats the trick?
THERE IS NO [beep] TRICK OK??? BAHH

NOCReaper
05-07-2008, 03:06 PM
hahh, Trust me, at Kmart or Shopco, Bestbuy, Circuit City, they have TONS of them. Prolly even Walmart or Walgreens :/ Anywhere you look they are all over. And only maybe 10,15 bucks, And if these points add up 1point=$1 You will have it paid for in 2 or less offers!!!
And for shinn, you buy cards that are like $5 for 100 text and 100 minutes. Very easy
MountainDew22
05-07-2008, 03:24 PM
I bought mine at a local Kmart :D
For 13.50 and bought a card for 100 or so text. So I have 19.5 points in 15 minutes!
Since a "pay as you go phone" isnt a Smart Phone i cant do the other 7.5 pointer

No, because they charge from your phone bill for 9.99 a month, but you dont have a service. So they cant charge, but they think they are.

from having a pay as you go phone as my primary means of communication, i know for a FACT that the moment you enter those pin numbers they charge $10 to the phone's prepaid account. Soo.... Keep that in mind, as most PAYG phones only come with $10 worth of time.
NOCReaper
05-07-2008, 06:43 PM
Are you serious? is your from verizon wireless? Im saying you need to have one with no carrier.

It works for like 5 or 6 ads on Prize Rebel. I've only gotten points for one so far. The issue is that the site claims that they don't support the carrier.
Marzz
05-11-2008, 06:19 AM
And they probably don't.
They usually only support the big ones, at&t, verizon, t-mobile, virgin, that sort of thing, because that's how their networks are set up.

05-11-2008, 09:26 AM
If i were you i would stop talking about doing this because it is fraud. The only reason they pay rewards1.com is becuase they know that they WILL make money. The 9.99 charge that you are avoiding is their source of income. So therefore, you are not complying to the offer's requirements, and you are frauding. If rewards1.com realizes what is going on, it will be you who are talking openly about it who will be pentalized.

I'm on Virgin Pay As You Go Mobile here in the UK, and just tried the new celldorado offer on here. I had enough credit and got charged the £3.00 for the tone and 2 x 10p's to send OK at the start and STOP at the end.
I should still get my points, but maybe this works in the US, but if your in the UK I wouldn't bother. Unless you want a ringtone that is :P
Anyone know how long the cellphone offers take to credit? I hope I get my points for it :S

cmac2010
08-10-2008, 10:04 PM
K what cell phone should i get exactly? like a trakphone, umm virgin mobile? what one exactly?
Let me clear some things up here, I see alot of guessing going on...
I have a tracfone, made by nokia. This is not the flip-style, but still some what new (color LCD). I have got very few of these offers to work, but some do work with this phone.
How does it work? If I am not mistaken, tracfone uses verizon towers, so some of these offers will work because they will recognize the number as a verizon number (on my callerID my tracfone comes up as "Wireless caller"). The others will not because a tracfone does not have a billing address.
Will I loose minutes on my tracfone? Only for receiving the text message, and for sending the "stop" text message. no other minutes *shouldnt* be deducted. The reason for this is because in a tracfone, once you buy the minutes card and enter it into the phone, they are no longer listed as minutes, but "units". these units have no monatary value, hence you "shouldnt" loose any. Now, I say shouldnt because the ones I did a while back never did deduct minutes (but I never got the ringtone either, but I still got credited for doing it). This could change, but doubtfull.
I dont care about the minutes, but will I get a bill in the mail? Think about this for a second....this is a pay as you go phone. You went out to the store, bought the phone and minutes card, got home, charged the phone and entered in the minutes, waited for the phone to activate, and after awhile it actived and you could use it......now, where in this process did you give your billing address, or even your name for that matter? you didnt, so there is no way for them to send you a bill. The survey on the other hand could get pissed off that you scammed them by using a tracphone and directly send you a bill via the address and name you used to fill the survey information, but again, I never seen this either, so I doubt that they would do this option either.
Also, from what I know of, there is nothing in the TOC that says you cant use a tracfone, you just cant use a pre-payed credit card.
In the end, when it comes to "pay as you go" phone, the absolutly worst thing that they can do to you is deduct minutes from your phone....but by that time comes up, you would have made enough pts from those offers that you could get a new tracfone and minutes for it, so let them try to deduct minutes from a non-active "pay-as-you-go" phone :D
