well i dont know about ordering it from ebay but in custom order just put in total cost as 35.00

I am in UK, For URL are you supposed to give in the link what do want by the rewards1 points, In Shipping cost, so we are going to write the item name on the name, (eg: Nyko Intercooler), what do you supposed to write on Total cost, will I get the item free?

Well, yes I think. You can custom order a $5 one if you already have 10 points in your account. Just let it say $5.00 instead of $10.00.

if the remaining amount goes to paypal, then doesnt that mean that you can really get cash back for the points you get on rewards1? if you use the points to get an ebay gift card, then dont use it all and it goes to paypal, and then you are able to get money out from paypal, then dont you get cash?

Yep, you can also sell something on ebay and custom order it so you get cash.

you dont pay for ebay things while they are being auctioned. when u win the auction you will be able to use the ebay giftcard on it.
