1. How long does rewards1 usually take to send you your prizes?

for you by sending you a e-mail or something?

3. Has anyone here in the forums ever requested a prize and never
got it?

Depends on where you get it from but if its off the site its around 1-3 and the only people that didnt get their prize was when they were banned and if it can be emailed then just add it in the custom order
