So I just logged on to rewards1 and I see that the prize claims is gone,
I had 2 prize claims in requests and now its gone with no refund?
Is it gonna get proccesed?:confused:

I second that. I even sent a support ticket also to be sure that they are aware of it. I suggest you do the same lakerzx24. That way they dont think we are tring to scam them.

Dont worry its back up,
Im guessing they had some server issues.

update!!!! I just recieved this email:

We were making some changes to the database, don't worry your prizes are still in the Prize Claim System.

I have just noticed that the "Prize Claim Center" was empty (I requested the xbox live 1600 points), and have yet to receive the email containing the code. I have checked the email settings on site and checked the spam filter and nothing there.

If it is in a transaction state, then please disreguard this message.

Don't worry, they're making some changes =P. This may be due to the new "free shipping" addition.

This is currently only available for Amazon.com. Any orders that are "Eligible for FREE Shipping" are included.
