umm i need help with custom order

if you get a gift certifacate i tried getting and ebay 1 how long should it take to get it and can i just go and fill out a support ticket for the certifacate?

It shouldnt take that long.

And I do believe you just do a custom order saying how much you want the certificate to be for. Could be wrong though.
