Wii Point Card Question

I know you guys email the codes across which is really cool but I was wandering if you had PAL region cards, because to my knowledge cards sold in the states wont work on PAL consoles.

Create a NA profile and put the card code in.

PAL Consoles dont have USA (Or any other NTSC region) as a option, much like NTSC consoles dont have the option to select the UK or Australia.
