I have yet to recieve it, but in a way it was nice. The wife came home with the 3 mo. subscription, so I sent a ticket to R1 asking if they could be switched. They said they couldnt, so the yjust deleted the request and refunded the points so I could change my sellection......outcome is still the same.

Hmm, There is a possable issue here.....I just noticed that the prize claim center is empty, the points have been deducted, but no email yet from them (and yes I checked the junk mail filter), and I know they got the correct email address because they replied back to me with my previous issue.....

does anybody know what this means? is it in process of transaction?

Woah, never did that before.:confused: Give it some time though.
When an offer confirms, it stays there but instead of saying "requesting" it says "fulfilled".

If all else fails, then you can try sending a support form or contacting them.

yep, the issue was resolved, its back in there....they were making database changes.
