Good forums/blogs for getting refferals

I need some refferals and I would like to know some good forums/blogs to get them in.

A good way to get referrals is making a blog or website.

I recommend a google page or perhaps blogger, they are both free and if you have a google mail account you can auto get one from blogger and they are pretty good and easy to use.

Many people on here use youtube videos and they are OK, sometimes people use website like getref etc, I have no experience of these so I wouldn't know but definately start with a blog and advertise it in places.

If they are good forums for it, they probably already have somebody there and thus you'd be the second to hit a forum. Catch my drift? You gotta find somewhere nobodys been establish yourself then pop the rewards1 site on them.
