I will host a raffle via PayPal.
Each person must pay $5 to be in it. Once I have enough people to actually be in the raffle, the jackpot will be given. Using a random number generator, I will randomly pick a winner.

1st Place Winner gets 50% (simulation with 20 ppl) - $100
2nd Place Winner gets 25% (simulation with 20 ppl) - $50
3rd Place Winner gets 15% (simulation with 20 ppl) - $30
I get the remaining money - (simulation with 20 ppl) - $20
If many people join in on the raffle/I get too much of the money, there may be 5 winners (split MY money).
NOTE: I will not be in the raffle, just the host.

Keep in mind I will put in a good amount for the jackpot itself =]
3 winners, I am known not to scam, as I have NEVER EVER scammed ANYone in my life and as I am an Anti-Scam person.

its worth a shot, you cant scam over paypal since you can file a paypal dispute and send the guy to jail

yea, if there was jailtime involved, i couldn't be able to bring up any way to scam any1 at all, even though i did do the fake cc, im still very nervous =/

yea, if i get too much of the raffle money, i'm either making 5 ppl winners, or maybe just split some of it to evry1 who participated, depending on how many ppl join in

No1 signed up, lol. I think it is because no matter how legit you are people still are afraid you will run off with their money.

ehm, well its their choice whether they'd like to participate or not, i cant do anything about this, oh which reminds me...
