Status Report - staffing shortage

I wanted to take a moment to explain whats been going on with Rewards1 and, among other issues, the apparent lack of prize fulfillment. Before I begin, I sincerely apologise to those who may be affected. Due to the growth and nature of this site, we've been experiencing unforseen challenges which have taken their toll.

Contrary to all the colourful rumours that are circulating, everything here is still operational, albeit behind. We recognise this and will be addressing it with the hire of 2 new staff members - we're currently in the interview process of hiring.

Rewards1 has never NOT fulfilled anyones prize - we've been around and we're here to stay. I thank you for your patience during this labour shortage.

Thank you for explaining why the prize processing has been so slow lately. I'm very glad to here that the members at R1 are still doing there best to fulfill prizes as fast as they can. I was considering sending in a support ticket yesterday, after the nineth day of waiting for my prize to process, but I now see that this is no longer necessary. Perhaps if you are short staffed, Why dont you hire people in differant areas and only let them people who you hired to get the prize claims done in there area, I think this method would be alot faster and would proberly most likley make R1 better than it already is.

The only thing i had even close to this was on a magazine subscription but it was an error on the post offices part and my neighbor ended up with my first two copies of pc builder. So while this site promises some really cool stuff I don't think I will be using this site any longer and will no longer be referring this site to my friends.

there extremely busy but i sent in a support ticket for my 1600 ms points card and they emailed my back within a couple hours. In the time they sent the email, they could have also added in a points card.

the 0-3 days is just an estimated time for you to get it, it is not a gaurentee....

If i'm right they are fufilling the orders from around the 20th of august at the moment, maybe they have gotten a bit further. Seem to be progressing quite fast.

Furthermore all the Mods will be recieving a ton of Pms over these issues, i wouldn't be surprised if they were getting a full pm box everyday, along with prize claims its alot of work. Instead of saying "i've been waiting [insert number of days] whens its going to get fulfilled?" Look around the forums and see when peoples prize requests got fufilled. You can PM them but the response won't be that fast. There support seems to be faster at the moment, just send a support ticket from the side bar on the main page.

Just to give you an idea when I started rewards1 in late july early august there was only just over 200000 members, its now the beginning of september and the number is nearly 400000 members, theres been a increase in traffic and i'm presume thats whats caused alot of the downfall. But they are dealing with the situation
