Ok here is what you do.

Go to rewards1, then select custom order.

Enter in this for the url. https://www.amazon.com/gp/gc/order-email/ref=g_gc-dp_bnow_email

For the name Put Amazon Gift-Card

Amount however much you want.

Then currency you select what you want.

Then in message put "Please Order Me A Amazon Gift-Card For $xx.xx


Then once you get the gift card via email, redeem it with the code they send you.

Do this by going to your amazon account and then select apply a gift certificate.

Put in code.

Then when you go to order whatever you want it deducts from your gift balance.

There you have it!

or you can order it directly through rewards one by giving the url for the game and simply providing the sellers name in the message section
