how long do they take to get back to you when u send a ticket into them? :confused:

when i send them it takes a day for them to respond so u should get one by tommorow

It depends if their active, proably 2 hours. If they have alot of tickets to answer it can take up to 48 hours. Just be patient you'll get a response in no time!:thumbs

I would actually say within 24 hours. I've sent about 6 tickets and they were all answered within 6 hours actually.

been 3 days now and still now back to me what us think i should send another or not?

This may be due to the holidays, as the admins may be celebrating or running errands. Give it some time and they will eventually get to it.

like someone else said... if they are online thn they will respond very fast... i once sent in a support ticket and they responded in less than 20 mins.... it shouldn't take more than a day... but then again it's the christmas holidays so it might take longer...;)

either one of 2 things happened:
a. they responded and you missed it somehow (check junk/spam folder)
b. they somehow screwed up and missed your email

support should never take more than 24 hours, so if you don't get a response, just fire them off another ticket.

then again 2 days ago!

i think i have waited the 24hr and the 48 wait far to long now!
and starting to think may this site. be wrong about free stuff or they just like to pick on me lol

Be patient its the holidays the admins have their own life to deal with.
And trust me this site 100% legit.

are you sending a support ticket, or a prize request?

if you request a prize, there is no response - not until your prize is processed. support does not respond to prize requests, they're handled by the chief.. and as the main site says, prize claims will be delayed a few days out due to the holidays.

if you send a support ticket, expect an answer within 24 hours (usually within a few hours).

well sent a prize request in 5 days still not herd a thing now!
and yeah a ticket 2 days ago and got an email today saying there confused!
aw well will wait and see...
