When will the new offers come through

i have made 18.69 points with 1.19 refereing lol but anyway, im board of trying to rederre people, and there no more offers that work for me that i can complete, or offers that i am fed up with lol, there only like 12 offers left, i was wondering when are the new offers coming, is there a set date or what, i got told in like 4weeks well its been more than 6 weeks, so i don't no
