There is no such thing as a 'paypal card'.

Paypal.com you can set up an account to do online money transfers securely and safely. You do however need to have your account verified by adding a bank account, checking account, or credit card to your paypal.

Rewards1 is under contract and is not allowed to give out cash, checks, paypal, visa gift cards, and anything of the sort.

You can get amazon gc's and buy oblivion off of amazon though.
