I didn't know how else to get a hold of the Rewards1 staff, as the "no-reply" email address says no reply.... so I'm copy and pasting...

Thanks for letting us know. For now just make sure you only use your desktop from your home. When you make a prize claim, please be sure to remind us of what happened, and tell us the date that you switched to the new computer.

I primarily used my laptop to complete offers, but it died and I had to send it back for a refund. I am using my desktop now, and I remember seeing something about only using one computer. What should I do to make this computer the one I use?"
And now my account is suspended for multiple accounts.... I can't tell you exactly when my laptop fried and I sent it back, probably about a month ago. And I apologize for not getting to the staff sooner; finals week is harsh. But I hope this isn't a permanent thing. I worked hard for those 2000 Wii Points...
