Proxies are alternate IP's people use to bypass an IP ban. It's basically a public IP anyone can use.

The proxys can be accessed from numerous places. Did you do anything that you didn't do previously? Have you switched your phone/internet/router in the last few days? Do you have any access to any proxy sites or servers?

2 computers. 2 different IPs. ONE computer per account.

^ i used da same internet through a router and i do not intend on making a new account because this is well.. a violation of the terms.

It doesn't matter. Every computer has a different IP whether it's on the same router or same ISP. The GPT websites like Rewards1 track down accounts using your IP's. If two IP's are on the same account, the system automatically bans you. Send in a support ticket to get this resolved.

"Do not use a wireless connection other than the one you subscribe to and pay for at home. Do not use hotspots or otherwise connect to any wireless internet connection that is not from your home. "

It doesn't state that I only go to one computer.. but it states that I can access wireless connection in my house.

One account per household right?

Yes, but the SYSTEM automatically bans people who use multiple IPs. Every computer uses a different IP.

Actually, each household is run on the same IP, not computers.

Hey EternalLight so does this mean that I did not use proxy?

They suspended me for using proxy for some reason.. I never used proxy.

i noticed the support team is not as jolly and as courteous as the one before.. what happened?

:lol

the chief handles those support calls, as they're generally appeals, etc... that should give you a heads up on "jolly courteous" part ;)

but don't worry he's pretty fair.. he generally gives users the benefit of the doubt.. except in cases where its pretty blatant..

good luck
