Did you activate e-mails for the websites?
Did you wait long on the final page required?
Clear your cookies before and after you do and finish an offer. And clear your cookies before getting on rewards1, before logging on and before clicking on available offers.

Try the dot hack trick in you e-mail. The dot hack trick is where you put a dot inside your e-mail before the @ symbol.
