RJR and Nielsen, how do i get them to work?

im new to this site and i dont know how to get those to give me the points, i put in all correct information and enabled cookies. can someone please solve this riddle, its annoying.

ahh but thats where your wrong maximillo. i cracked this case, and i got the RJR shopping spree, for 3 points. for my grand a total and 11.27, and i signed up to this site like 2 days ago? muhahahahhaah i love it.

people are saying that they cannot figure out how to divulge the 3 points out of the survey. but, i figured out how. i do not keep adding 3, and if i did, i would not tell you, but i just got 3 from the survey.
