Paying PayPal For Amazon Gift Certificates

I am paying PayPal for Amazon Gift Certificates.
These can be from the US/UK, this is because it will automatically change the currency rate when I redeem it.

Why am I doing this?

This is because I have £27, and I need to get to £40 to get GTA IV. But I have £45 in my PayPal account. So I will be buying $25/£13 of Amazon Gift Certificates.
